Delivery is an extremely high priority and a very important part of our service. We understand the importance of a reliable and speedy delivery to avoid such problems as printer down time. This is why for over a decade, we have been using our dedicated courier company UPS – the worlds leading logistics provider. Over this time we have built an excellent partnership and offer a range of services to all our customers. Delivery options include our standard next day service, as well as pre 10am and pre 12am services. We also offer direct to desk delivery to our contractual customers.

To enable us to deliver goods quickly and keep our service levels high we keep thousands of products in stock at our 40,000 square foot distribution centre, strategically located in the centre of the UK. We aim to fulfil every order, in full, on time, with the delivery service you require.

We support this service with a dedicated customer services team who can provide instant tracking of parcels and proof of deliveries upon request.

Given our environmental focus, it is essential to us that all UPS vehicles run on low sulfur fuels and have relevant engine management/exhaust treatments systems to control emissions. In addition to this, as UPS are one of the UK’s largest parcel carriers its routes are designed to work at maximum efficiency, this means a shorter more effective trip further reducing fuel consumptions and emissions. By using a national carrier who are delivering over 80 million parcels annually to 97% of UK postcodes on a next working day basis, this will also reduce the need for special trips to be made for each delivery location as they are likely to be delivering other parcels at the same time or have ‘drop off points’ close by.
